Food is a critical resource to our survival as human beings. The world population is growing at an alarming rate and with Africa’s population estimated to reach 3 billion people by 2050;
Food Security is becoming a major challenge.
Concurrently, poverty in Africa continues to grow, especially within the rural areas and villages where majority of families originate from generations of farmers.
Africa needs a revolution in ‘small holding-based agriculture’ , a pathway to transformation, a pathway to linking the small holder farmers to the value chain, creating a solution between Food Security, and addressing Poverty in Africa
